  It's tragic that the accident happened. Last year the same guy was hit down the road a little ways. He constantly rode his bike in search of cans and bottles (friend of the environment). He had several newspaper carrier bags around his neck and would often weave at the side of the road.When you put yourself in harms way its only a matter of time before fate catches up with you. Last night his luck ran out and was hit. I was there right after it happened and it was very dark, he had dark clothes and no lights or reflectors on his old bike. Feel sorry for the victim and the driver.
