Williams lawsuit

The family of a woman murdered by convicted sex killer Russell Williams is suing the former military commander and his estranged wife.

Williams is serving a life prison term after pleading guilty to the murders of Jessica Lloyd and Corporal Marie-France Comeau.
Lloyd's brother and mother are seeking damages for mental suffering.
Two other lawsuits have also been filed by victims Williams sexually assaulted.
They allege he secretly and fraudulently transferred assets to his wife after he was charged in March of 2010.

Why is his poor wife involved?
She had nothing to do with this monster's crimes.
At the time of the transfer of his assets to her, what was she supposed to do? Say no?
And just where is the 4 million dollars going to come from?
I'm sure once the estate situation of his assets is resolved, the victims will be allowed compensation on what Williams owned but not his wife.
My guess, the property in Tweed will be sold to the estate of the victims and that, along with any items that belonged to Williams, will be included.
