Weather's right for the ice wine fest
The winter weather has finally arrived, and the Niagara Ice Wine Festival is in full swing.
The committee chair for the festival, Andrea Kaiser, joins us with the details.

Ice wine...! I worked at Brights Wines back in the 80's when then our winemaker Jamie Macfarline made what i consider the first Canadian Ice Wine.....Channel 7 in buffalo at the time came and videoed the event for broadcast ...I'm shown with a full beard full off ice....yes it was very cold..I'm still in the wine business and would welcome comments on the subject....
