Doel hearing delayed yet again

It's a legal hearing that has been in the works for nearly two years.

And yet, no testimony has been heard. No witnesses called. No decision rendered.

The Police Services Act hearing against Hamilton Police Inspector David Doel has been held up again and again by legal manouevering. And as Scot Urquhart reports, today's effort to move the matter forward again failed to make progress:
