  This woman is a menace and should be punished to the full extent of the law. What she did was despicable. There were many other ways that she could have resolved the issue. There was no reason to kill a poor little puppy, especially in front of a child that loved the dog. What would she have done if a young child was bothering her. Would she grab the child by the arm and throw it into the street? She is a sick human being. She should not only be charged with animal abuse but child abuse as well. This could have a severe and lasting effect on this young boy. Also, her name should be published so that everyone will know who she is and she can get the treatment she deserves from her family, friends, neighbours and co-workers, etc.. I hope that the bleeding hearts do not prevail because this woman deserves the full punishment that the law allows.

  I don't agree with what that woman did and I feel so bad for the little boy and his family dogs are like family. I hope that lady apologizes to the little boy or even offers to get him another dog.

  Hi I would like to let this little boy know that I am so sorry for his loss. And I would like for him to know that I have a little Bichon Freze that I am looking for a very good home for him. The reason I am looking for a home for my dog is I got him for my little boy and he never takes him for walks and I think dogs need to get out for a good walk,and I can't do it as I am in a scooter and can't do it myself. So if this young fellow would like he can have our little dog Buddy for FREE. He has had all his needles and is a very good dog and very good with kids and very playful. I hope to hear from him as I know he will learn to love him to. WAITING TO HEAR FROM YOU.

  This is just messed up. What did she really gain from this is what I would like to know and even if the chihuahua was attacking her he wouldn't be able to hurt her. All I can say is this is just sickening.

  There should be more punishment for people that do things to animals, Clearly this dog which is the size of an adult's hand would not be able to inflict harm to an adult woman. Punishment for this type of crime in Ontario is not sufficient!!!

  What a terrible thing to do to a tiny dog. I cannot believe someone could be that uncaring. I hope she is punished to the limit of the law.
