Open wounds tricky to treat

If you are at all squeamish, this is a story that will be tough to watch.

We begin a 3-part series on open wounds, and the challenge in caring for them.
They can happen to anyone, but there are specific populations considered high risk. Prevention is key.
As we begin with the cause, we remind you that the pictures are quite graphic.

Very informative. Dr. Mayer is amazing & does wonderful work for diabetics' foot problems. These treatments need to be covered by OHIP to prevent amputations like my husband had to have which unfortunately ended his life last year. Marilyn Diehl
