If you’ve been outside at all today, you know it’s hot. Temperatures have soared above 30 degrees, prompting Environment Canada to issue a heat warning for the Golden Horseshoe.
The warning covers Hamilton, Halton & Niagara along with Toronto, Peel and York-Durham. A hot air mass is moving into Southern Ontario, and we won’t get much relief overnight either. Temperatures are expected to remain in the 20s.
In addition, Hamilton’s medical officer of health has issued a stage two heat warning.
