Hamilton police investigate stabbing in Stoney Creek

Hamilton police are investigating an overnight stabbing in Stoney Creek that sent two men to hospital.

It happened just after 2 a.m. Monday at The Krown Kafe on Queenston Rd.

Police did not say if the stabbing occurred inside or outside the restaurant but splattered blood could be seen all over the sidewalk and on the parking lot pavement.

Two men were taken to hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.

Police are looking for one male suspect in connection with the stabbing. They believe the suspect is known to the victims and this was a targeted attack.

Anyone with information about the attack is asked to contact police.
