Today 5 of Hamilton’s mayoral candidates gave their opinions on ideas put forward by The People’s Platform.

The People’s Platform is a non-partisan group of Hamiltonians that are putting together a list of what residents would like to see done in the city. There are 47 proposals on that list.

The group hopes to cut the document down to reflect what issues residents find most important.

Today Brad Clark, Brian McHattie, Ejaz Butt, Fred Eisenberger, Michael Baldasaro, and Michael Pattison all weighed in on the document.

Hamilton residents can vote on these proposals online until October 24th. On October 25th, the People’s Platform will announce which ideas have the most support, and which mayoral candidates are behind them.
