The Niagara Winter Classic pitted the CHCH Sportsliners, comprised of many of the folks you see here on CHCH against The Wine Guys, a group of wine makers from across Niagara. In the end, CHCH lost a close game 5-4. Superb performances by Lisa Hepfner, Scot Urquhart and Sean Leathong helped our Sportsliners. News anchor Nick Dixon didn’t lace up, but did an admirable job as emcee. The annual game supports the great community work done by the kinsmen. They have reported to have raised 2000 dollars in donations.
