Move over BB-8, there’s a new droid in town. K-2SO, a reprogrammed Imperial security droid now loyal to the Alliance, is one of the characters we meet in the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Fighting alongside Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones), the sarcastic droid can blend in perfectly during stealth incursions at Imperial installations and outposts.
Fans can get up close and personal with a life-size replica of K-2SO at Vaughn Mills from December 5-11. Evan visited Disney HQ here in Toronto to learn about the droid and have his Star Wars knowledge put to the test.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story opens in theatres on December 16.
