Exclusive // Nathan Fillion

First Published:

Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) returns to the big screen in Disney Pixar’s Cars 3. The speedster is having a hard time following the loss of his coach, Doc. Luckily he’s still crushing it on the race track, that is until a new generation of cars start competing. Faster, younger models like Jackson Storm (Armie Hammer) have Lightning questioning whether he can still hold his own in the pro circuit.

Hammer isn’t the only new addition to the Cars franchise. Nathan Fillion (Firefly, Castle) joins the voice cast as Sterling, a smooth talking business car who takes over Rust-eze and is determined to grow Lightning’s legacy and brand. We caught up with Fillion who filled us in on his attraction to Pixar.

Cars 3 is currently in theatres across the country.
