The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating after several items, including six guns, were stolen in two separate break and enters on Tuesday in Fergus, Ont.
Police say the suspect or suspects broke into a home on Eramosa-Garafraxa Townline by prying open the patio door. Six long guns, ammunition, cash, a laptop, a 50” TV and jewelry were stolen from the home.
Investigators are looking to identify a black SUV that was seen in the area prior to the robbery.
OPP are also investigating another break and enter on the same day at a home on Third Line. The thief gained access to the home by forcing the rear door open.
The victim told police personal documents were stolen as well as jewelry, a computer, a camera, and a 32″ TV.
