Shocking video of a car plowing into a diner in Virgil, near Niagara-on-the-Lake. The people in the video are okay, but a warning, you may find this video disturbing.

Blair Robertson and Eddie Dijjon were enjoying their corn beef sandwiches by the window Tuesday afternoon at Silks Country Kitchen, when a white Lexus plowed through the front window, right into them. The two men where taken to the hospital and are thankful to be alive.

The 85 year old driver of the car from New York state,  has not be charged because the crash happened in the parking lot and not on a road. Robertson says he’s frustrated charges haven’t been laid, especially with the injuries he suffered.
