Christina Noudga testified again today that she was being harassed by police and the media after her boyfriend Dellen Millard was arrested in connection with Tim Bosma’s disappearance. She wrote in her personal notes that media were finding friends who weren’t even close to her. She told police she didn’t want to give a statement and yet they kept asking her for one.

“It gets a bit annoying,” she told the court.

“It’s not harassment”, said Smich’s lawyer Tom Dungey. “It’s a police investigation. And she had information she wasn’t divulging.”

For example, the fingerprints she and Millard’s mother wiped off the trailer left in mom’s driveway. She was also wiping off Dellen Millard’s prints.

“I did not take that into consideration at the time,” Noudga said, and the court erupted in laughter.

“At the time I didn’t see it as evidence.” Noudga said.

“We’re talking about fingerprints!” Dungey shot back. Even more people in court laughed.

“I didn’t wipe the whole trailer,” Noudga said, tossing her hair and sneering.

Dungey introduced another letter written to Noudga byNmillard, in which he talks about “…the dangerous work of engaging the media.”
