The Burlington Comedy Festival kicks off February 29th at various venues around the city.  Headlining is Canadian comedy legend Sean Cullen.  Brian Dean from the Downtown Burlington BIA and Alyson McQueen-Hickerson from the Partnership West Food Bank told us how a night of laughs can help some folks out.
