Boy, 13, sexually assaulted inside Burlington Mall washroom

Halton police are searching for a man in his thirties after a teenage boy was sexually assaulted inside a store washroom at Burlington Mall.

The Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit launched an investigation on Nov. 5 after a 13-year-old boy told police he was sexually assaulted by a man while using the washroom at The Bay.

Police say the alleged incident happened sometime between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Nov. 4.

The boy described the man as being white, between 30 and 40 years of age with spiked blonde hair and a goatee. The man was wearing jeans and a blue and white t-shirt with running shoes.
