Hamilton Police are searching for an outstanding suspect after a daytime bank robbery on the Mountain.
Police were called to a robbery at the RBC branch on Upper James around 12:30 p.m. Friday.
Two men went into the bank, while a third waited in a nearby vehicle, police said.
According to police, one of the men had a knife and threatened staff while demanding money.
The two left with an undisclosed amount of money and fled in the waiting vehicle, an older, silver, four-door Honda Civic.
The vehicle was recovered a short distance away. Witnesses told police the three men fled on foot.
Two of the suspects were arrested in the area.
The outstanding suspect is described as black, in his early 20s, 5’10” to 6’ tall with a thin build.
He was last seen wearing sunglasses, black jacket, black hoodie, black pants, black shoes and black gloves.
Shuaib Hussein, 20, from Kitchener has been charged with robbery, obstruct police and flight from police.
A youth from Kitchener, who cannot be identified, was charged with robbery and disguise with intent.
