For the first time, 10 year old Jasmin Hanif’s family is speaking out about the moment she was hit and killed by a van.

Nicole Martin spoke with Jasmin’s father Shakeel who says it’s time for change on Evans road and that they are starting a foundation in his daughters name to make roadways across the country safer.
