Man steals $25,000 worth of jewellery from pawn shop

Hamilton police are looking for a man who stole more than $25,000 worth of jewellery from a Hamilton pawn shop last week.

Shortly after 4 p.m. on February 17, police were called to Pawn Kings on Main St. East in Hamilton to investigate a robbery.

Police say a man walked into the store, grabbed the merchandise and fled on foot. No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as white, 5’7” , in his 20’s and was wearing a winter hat, hooded shirt and jeans.

Anyone with additional information about this robbery is asked to contact Hamilton police.
