Missing teen, allegedly abducted, has been found safe

Peel police say a missing teenage girl, who was believed to have been abducted by two men, has been found safe by Toronto police.

An Amber Alert was issued Monday morning after police received a report from a witness who claimed they saw two men forcing a young girl into a van on St. Barbara Blvd. around 1:25 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

Police are still looking for the two men seen forcing the girl into a van. The first is described as a 6’2 South Asian man around 24-years-old with a thin build. He was seen wearing an orange turban and a grey sweater with cut off sleeves. The second was simply described as a South Asian man with black hair.

The teen’s father, spoke with CHCH News on Monday morning confirming she had been found shortly before 11 a.m.
