Niagara Falls man charged with multiple sex offences

A 31-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged with multiple of sex offences.

In November Niagara Police criminal investigators along with officers from the sexual assault department launched an investigation into allegations of historic sex offences.

As a result of their investigation, police arrested and charged Andrew Trostenko with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon, sexual assault involving a third party, bestiality, forcible confinement, administering a noxious substance and overcome resistance by attempting to choke.
Trostenko was in court for a bail hearing on Sunday in St. Catharines.
