The Toronto Raptors hosted former teammates Jose Calderon, Lou Williams and the LA Lakers at Air Canada Centre, Friday.

With DeMarre Carroll not dressing for rest reasons, super sophomore Norman Powell got the start and he got involved from distance as Toronto sprint to a six-point lead after the first period.

2nd quarter, the Raptors recent love affair with the three-pointer has been so effective – Kyle Lowry – was 6-8 from the three point range for a team high 21 points and Toronto led 69-48.

3rd quarter, the Raptors continued their offensive on-slaught off a Lakers turnover and its Pascal Siakum handing off to Norman Powell, and he stuffed it in the net with authority.

Powell had 16 and the Toronto Raptors cruised to their season high 5th straight game as they licked the Lakers 113-80.
