Medical marijuana dispensaries in Hamilton

There are nowhere near as many as there are in Toronto, but medical marijuana dispensaries are starting to pop up in Hamilton. The problem is that it is still against the law to sell pot from a store front, even if it’s to someone who has a medical marijuana license.

While police wouldn’t give any specifics of what they plan to do about the majiuana dispensaries, there certainly are some strong public opinions about how they should be dealt with. In the meantime, it’s business as usual until the laws change or police intervene.
