Bill Cosby’s lawyers have given a blistering preview of the questions they’ll ask the Toronto woman who accuses him of sexual assault.
Andrea Constand accuses Cosby of drugging and then assaulting her during a 2004 visit to his mansion outside Philadelphia.
A judge in Pennsylvania has ordered Cosby to stand trial on charges brought by the former Temple University employee. His lawyers are already attacking the consistency of Constand’s police statements and insist that she gave consent to the sex acts.
No trial date has been set, and lawyers are expected to spend months arguing over what evidence can be used- most notably, whether other accusers can testify.
