$6K worth of drugs seized from Burlington home

Halton Regional Police seized more than $6,000 worth of marijuana and cocaine as part of a drug investigation in Burlington.

Officers executed a search warrant at a home on Maple Crossing Blvd., near Maple Ave. and Lakeshore Rd. in Burlington on Friday.

Inside, they found the drugs, along with cash, an expandable baton, a pellet gun and scales.

29-year-old Sean Diciccio was arrested and faces several charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

He is scheduled to appear in court in Milton on May 15.
