Hamilton’s worst roads

First Published:

The city of Hamilton has compiled a list of the worst local roads, and estimated how much it should cost to fix them.

The most expensive road to repair is said to be Burlington Street near Industrial Drive. According to the city, the budget for that stretch is over $14.5 million, and the plan is to fix it in the next four years.

The next biggest price tag belongs to Rymal Road from Fletcher to Dartnall. It’s budget is $11 million.

Also high on the list are Centennial Parkway from King to Arrowsmith, Mountain Brow Boulevard, and Garth Street.

These roads are set to be presented in the city’s capital budget for council approval.
