Just when you thought the Transformers series couldn’t get any crazier, The Last Knight came along this summer and blew the rest of the films out of the water. The plot tries to shoehorn robots into the legend of King Arthur, and in the process aims to pass off that “legend” as “history”. Needless to say the critics weren’t having it. Its 15% Rotten Tomato rating is the lowest of the series, as is its $605M box office total. But that’s still so much money, so get ready to see a Bumblebee spinoff in the near future. The home video package comes with featurettes with titles like “Motors and Magic”, “The Royal Treatment: Transformers in the UK”, and “One More Giant Effin’ Movie” (seriously).
